Frank Scott Kelley, 44, died Sunday, April 28, 2013. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Lawrence Funeral Home. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Smyrna Cemetery. He was the son of Jennifer Marvello Kelley.
