Frank Kenneth Carter, 68 of Waterloo passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, May 20th from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Waterloo United Methodist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Jimmy McGee officiating. The burial will be in Richardson Cemetery.

Kenneth was a native of Lauderdale County. He was a loving husband, daddy, pepaw, son, brother, and friend to many. His passion was spending time with family, especially his grandkids. He also loved animals, riding his trike, and watching Alabama Football. Roll Tide!!!

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Grady Carter and nephew, Derek Carter.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Teresa Diane Dailey Carter; son, Ricardo Carter (Melony); mother, Mary Frances May Carter; brothers, Steve Carter (Peggy), Bobby Carter (Brenda), Jerry Carter, and Dale Carter; sisters, Letha Frazier, (Paul), Elizabeth Allison (Vernon), Barbara McFall (Jeff), Wanda Kelley (Dunie), and Martha Rogers (Mike); 2 grandchildren, Madison Woods (Tyler) and Garret Carter; 1 great-grandson, Tucker Woods; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers are Shane Carter, Todd Carter, Ricky Woods, Robert Woods, Keith Allison, Michael Dailey, Joey Dailey, and Wade Kelley. Honorary pallbearers are Tyler Kelley, Josh McFall, Jeremy Carter, and Michael Paul Frazier.
