Frances Yates Manley, age 76, passed away peacefully on August 1st, 2026, at Generations of Spencer surrounded by her loving family. Frances was born on May 10, 1950, to the late James Milton and Willie Morine Reeves Yates. She was a member of the Spencer Church of God.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, William Charles Manley; her sisters, Brenda Oakwood, Barbra Johnson, Donna Narramore, Ruthie Wallace, her brothers, Lynn Yates, and Wintford Yates.
She is survived by her loving family, her daughters; Christine Manley, Michelle Manley, her brother; Mark (Tracy) Yates; her sister, Linda Yates; her grandchildren, Alton Comer, Iesha Comer, Marissa Williams, Austin Williams, Kayla Floyd, Briana Davis; her great-grandchildren, Mya Gomez, Melody Gomez, Brysen Delgado, Braiden Delgado, Nyah Glomb, Naloani Glomb, Mason Williams, Jocelyn Williams, Aliah Comer, and Bria Harris. Several nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive.
Per Frances’ wishes she will be cremated. No services are scheduled at this time.
