Frances Knowles Lankford, 78, of Madison passed away Monday at a local hospital.
Survivors include two daughters: Kaye Lankford Lindsey (Rick) and Angela Lankford Wimberly (Tracy); her brother: Earl Knowles and three grandchildren: Paige Wimberly, Nathan Lindsey and Trey Wimberly.
Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church in Madison followed by a service at 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery with Berryhill Funeral Home directing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Redbird Mission in care of Asbury United Methodist Church, Madison, AL.

I am so sorry. I loved her dearly. She was a dear cousin,who seemed to be as close as a sister. I will not be able to go to the funeral because of bad health. I
