Mrs. Frances Hooten Hall, age 79, of Joppa previously of Titusville, Fl., passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. Hall was born on April 7, 1939 in Joppa to Eddie Francis Hooten & Vera Vida Belle Waldrop Hooten. She has been married to Mr. Marston Hall for 60 plus years. She enjoyed quilting, tending to yard work especially her flowers, cleaning, cooking and taking care of her grandchildren.
She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Joppa, Al.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband, Marston Hall; sons & daughters-in-law, Vic Hall & Jennifer, Marty Hall & Pam, Dudley Hall; brothers, James Hooten, Clyde Hooten; sisters, Ruby Nell Hooten Allred; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eddie Francis Hooten & Vera Vida Belle Waldrop Hooten; 6 siblings.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Corinth Baptist Church with Bro. Buddy Strickland & Bro. Carl Cash, officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Nickie Hall, Brad Hall, Matthew Hill, Dusty Latham, Noah Hall, Matthew Patton. Honorary pallbearers; Caiden Hall, Grayson Hall, Jensen Patton, Justin Latham, Deklyn Mayfield.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday December 28, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
