Frances Elizabeth Wilcox Foster, 84, of Huntsville passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015. She graduated from Monrovia High School and was a lifelong resident of the Huntsville area. Ms. Foster enjoyed a long career as a clerical assistant.
She is survived by her daughter Joycelyn Hoober and husband, Ernist, of Eatonville, WA; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John H. and Viola Wilcox, and two brothers, William H. Wilcox and John S. Wilcox.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, November 20th at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ron Madison and Rev. Ernest Hill officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
Ms. Foster was known for being a kind, loyal and loving person and will be greatly missed.
