Miss Frances Elaine Bryant, age 69, died Wednesday evening, April 22, 2020 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo following an extended illness. She was born December 14, 1950 in Pontotoc county, Mississippi to James Charles Bryant and Christine High Bryant.
