A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Frances Alberta Bailey, 96, will be Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Burningtree Memorial Gardens with Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Bailey died on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born December 22, 1924, in Russell County, Kansas, to Jacob Strecker and Anna Dumler. She was a homemaker for her family and was employed by Ashton’s, as a grocery clerk, prior to her retirement. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother, preceded in death by her first husband: Jackie Edmiston, second husband: Riley Bailey and her parents.
