FLORENCE-This is an update to our community regarding the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Autumn Paige Strickland, who was reported missing on May 18, 2025.
First and foremost, we want to thank our community for the outpouring of support and the valuable tips that have helped move this case forward. We also want to commend our detectives, who have worked tirelessly around the clock to follow every lead. Their efforts have resulted in the arrest of a suspect.

Logan Rogers
In the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 20, 2025, Florence Police Officers arrested Logan Rogers, age 28, of Florence, Alabama. The arrest took place in the 220 block of North Wood Avenue. Rogers has been charged with Attempted Murder and is currently being held at the Lauderdale County Detention Center on a $1,000,000 bond.

Autumn Strickland
While this arrest marks significant progress in our investigation, we still need the community’s help. Our investigation has uncovered evidence indicating that Autumn was intentionally struck by a vehicle. At this time, she has not been located. Our detectives are actively pursuing multiple leads and processing scenes in an effort to locate her.
