FLORENCE- Florence Police are still looking for the shooter in today’s early morning drive-by shooting on Huntsville Road. It all went down just before 2:00am. Police were called to 2601 Huntsville Road on reports of gunshots being fired.
When they arrived, Officers found an unidentified man on the ground outside the house at 2601 Huntsville Road. He was suffering from a gunshot wound. According to sources, the victim did not identify the shooters. He was taken to ECM Hospital and is being treated for a gunshot wound to the torso, according to the source.
Reports say that the man had just arrived at his home from work when the shooting happened. It is unclear at thhis time whether or not the shooting victim was an intentional target or not.
