Flo Dunn, age 74, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Waynesboro, TN, formerly employed by HCA, a homemaker, and a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, arts & crafts, and needlework.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Dickey and Virgie Birdyshaw Green; one son, Jimmy Garvin; son-in-law, John Gray III; one sister, Bernice Lemay; and one brother, Jay Thompson.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, David Dunn of Lawrenceburg, TN; four daughters, Terrie Garvin of Nashville, TN, Pamela Rogers (Brian Nelson) of Olive Branch, MS, Lydia Gray of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Elizabeth Dunn of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother, Morris Thompson of Lawrenceburg, TN; and nine grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at Mars Hill Baptist Church, 630 Weakley Creek Road, Lawrenceburg, TN, at 11:00 AM Friday, June 19, 2026. The family suggests memorials be made to the Nashville Rescue Mission.
