FLORENCE – It was so hot Friday in Downtown… Temps in the mid-90’s… But there was a cool place right there on Court Street… Really cool!
When Marty Abroms of Lyons HR finished the beautiful Gold Record Room on the First Floor of the SunTrust Bank Building, he promised that there would be lots of musical happenings on a regular basis. And he kept his promise right on the heels of the big Grand Opening there just a couple of weeks ago. The name of the event, “Hot Temps & Cool Vibes” featured some sweet piano playing and songs from Mark Narmore, who just held the release party for his new album. “This Old Wurlitzer” at the Alabama Music Hall of Fame.
