TUSCUMBIA – The Quad-Cities Daily photographers were in Tuscumbia last Saturday on an assignment, when they spotted some folks working at the new City Hall.
Well, two people were working… They were building a really nice monument sign for the building which only recently had it’s grand opening. Chad Smith, his father Arkie, and the co-creator of Tuscumbia’s first art-bus-bench Clark Boggus were mixing mud; setting stone; laying brick. The work is beautiful!
