Evelyn Faye Lane Weaver, 90, passed from this world on September 06, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 01, 1934, to the late Melvin and Clara Fanning Sanders in Flintville, Tennessee. She was a beautiful and loving mother who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved attending church and was a member of Sweet Springs Baptist Church in Ardmore, Alabama.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Don Lane, Sr. and John Weaver, sons, Don Lane, Jr. and Mark Lane, grandson, Brian Lane, sisters, Rubye Arrick, Bonnie Shetters, brothers, Jim Sanders, Redis Sanders, twin Ray Sanders.
She is survived by her sons, Danny (Jan) Lane, Harry (Brenda) Lane, Doug (Sherry) Lane, daughter, Shannon (Tim) Honea, fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, sister, JoAnn Bagwell, stepsons, Leroy (Rose) Weaver and Tom (Beth) Weaver, stepdaughter, Cindy Weaver and many dearly loved nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be Monday, September 08, 2025, from 12 noon to 2:00 PM, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, with a Chapel Service to follow at 2:00 PM, with Bro. Joel Logan officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery.
