Eva M Wilbanks Jones was born December 3, 1931 in Pocahontas, TN the daughter of the late Eugene and Sarah Lassiter Wilbanks.
She was united in marriage to R.G. Jones on May 22, 1947. Mr. Jones preceded her in death on April 1, 2001.
Eva was a homemaker where she raised six children. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Jones departed this life on April 21, 2022 in Opelika, AL at the age of 90 Years, 4 Months, 18 Days.
She is survived by three daughters, Sandra Wenger and husband Howard of Loveland, CO, Cindy Jones of Overland Park, KS, Micki Jones of Opelika, AL; two sons, Ron Jones and wife Pat of Springfield, MO, Ken Jones and wife Celia of Pamplin, VA; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Fanning; a sister, Leoan Spurlin; two brothers, Billy Gene Wilbanks, and James Earl Wilbanks.
