Eugenia A. Haney age 86 of Elkmont passed away Friday at her residence. Mrs. Haney was born September 15, 1938 in Limestone County. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Athens where she worked in the daycare. Mrs. Haney is survived by her Son, Jim Haney of Elkmont. Daughters, Rhonda ‘Lisa’ Williams of Athens. Teresa (Darryl) Haggermaker of Elkmont. Jessica (Roger) Dunnavant of Athens. Grandchildren, Amanda Hutto, Adam McCurry, Kristin Hill, Bethany Dunnavant, Bradley Dunnavant and Cody Dunnavant. Six Great Grandchildren. Brothers, Elbert ‘Bud’ Adams of Athens. Sisters, Lue Adams, Sue Harbin and Nita Carter all of Athens. Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James E. Haney.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, James E. Haney.Services will be 2 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home with Donald Terry, Cody Dunnavant and Jim Haney officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 1 pm until service time. Pallbearers will be Justin Lovell, Brad Dunnavant, Adam McCurry, Levi McCurry, Dylan Carter and Roger Dunnavant. Darryl Haggermaker will be an honorary pallbearer. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Limestone County.
