Emma Nola Berry – Obituary

Emma Nola Berry, 87, a native of Wayne County, TN and a resident of Lauderdale County, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at Glenwood Health Care. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 12:30 – 2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Mark Mabrey and Phillip Cooper. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Berry was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Carrie Keaton Butler; husband, James Berry; daughter, Linda Mitchell; sisters, Lillian Whitten, Earline Walker, Corene Olive, Nell Norton; brothers,  “Mutt” Jesse Butler, Alvin Butler.
She is survived by her son, James Stephen Berry of Florence; brothers, Norman Butler of Warren, MI; sisters, Aileen Dickey of Sterling Heights, MI, Bessie Kirkpatrick of Warren, MI; grandchildren, Cindy Mitchell Allison, Joey Mitchell (Tina), Chris Mitchell (Nicki) all of Florence, AL; great grandchildren, Keri Rhodes Vickery (Eric), Lindsey Rhodes, Charlie Kate Allison, Andrew Mitchell, Maddie Mitchell, Meagan Mitchell all of Florence, AL.
Pallbearers will be David Crosswhite and Jeff Butler, grandsons; Joey Mitchell and Chris Mitchell, great grandsons; Andrew Mitchell and Eric Vickery.
