Elouise Horton Kiser, 71, of Town Creek, Ala., died Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Cypress Cove Care and Rehabilitation Center, Muscle Shoals, Ala.
She was born Dec. 25, 1941, in Lawrence County, Ala., and was a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist No. 2.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy Kiser, Town Creek, Ala.; son, Steve Kiser (Suzy), Town Creek, Ala.; brothers, Junior Horton (Reda), Town Creek, Ala., Jerry Horton (Dona), Center Star, Ala.; sisters, Linda Fortner (Bruce), Russellville, Ala., Jean Randolph (Jimmie), Town Creek, Ala., Elizabeth Sutton (Ted), Town Creek, Ala., Melissa Mayfield (John), Russellville, Kay Alexander (Cranford), Phil Campbell, Ala.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Horton, Joey Randolph, Brandon Herring, Charlie Wells, Barry Pool and Darryl Fleming.
She was preceded in death by her father, Horace Pelham Horton; mother, Irene Franks Horton; stepmother, Amy Horton; daughters, Bonita Kiser and Leslie Ann Kiser; brothers, Pelham Horton and Vernon Horton.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton. The funeral will be at noon Tuesday at Lawrence Funeral Home, with interment in Ferguson Cemetery. Officiating will be Brother Tim Graham, Brother Josh Horton and Brother Kenneth Bond.
