Mrs. Elma Mae Crews, age 87 of Meridianville, died Wednesday at a local hospital. She was a member of Westlawn Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her two grandchildren, Wayne Carter and Lisa Sharp.
She is survived by her loving husband Mayburn Thomas Crews; three daughters, Pat Carter & husband Jerry, Brenda Sharp &husband Dwayne, and Sandra Crews, sister, Betty Joe Roque, five grandchildren, Anthony Sharp, Regina Carter, Denise Dempsey, Michael Cummings, and Steven Cummings, 14 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 to 1:00 PM Friday. A service will be follow at 1:00 PM in Spry’s Chapel with Rev. David Kasper officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
