Ellie Howard Davis, age 76, of Arab, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital. Services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Gilliam Springs Baptist Church at 12 Noon with Rev. Buddy Strickland and Rev. Carl Cash officiating. Mr. Davis will lie in state at the church from 11 AM until service time.
Surviving family members include his wife, Glynell Davis; His son, Shane Davis (Angela); His daughter, Teresa Davis Gilreath (Leslie); His daughter, Shelly Davis Rolin (Tim); His six grandchildren: Chad Gilreath, Jessica Gilreath, John Luke Gilreath, Chanda Rolin, Jasmine Davis, and Jaxton Davis; 1 great-grandchild, Miles Thompson.
Casketbearers will be Chad Gilreath, John Luke Gilreath, Corey Williams, Cory Yarbrough, Marc Scarbrough, Alex Sierra, Bryan White, and Jaxton Davis.
