Elizabeth Morton Courington Cain, age 83 of Cordova. She now sits at Jesus’ feet as of November 4, 2021.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Dustin Murray will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her Loving husband of 49 years-Billy Courington; Parents-L.D. and Della Russell Morton; Brothers-Lonnie and DeLin Morton and Daughter-Davalon Courington Elliott.
She is survived by her Husband-Robert. L. Cain, Jr.; Daughters-Velda Courington Pettit (Jackie) and Marschelle Courington Barton (Rick); Son- Russell Courington (Sandra); Stepdaughters-Sheerie Cain Lawson (Ren) and Stephanie Cain Pinion (Jon); Granddaughters-Chelsie Courington Pounders (Corey), Mary Hope Courington McGehee (Ryan) and Kelly Slezak (Mark); Grandsons-Jeffrey Elliott (Holli), Brent Barton (Courtney), Blake Courington (Kayse), Zachary Kennedy, Dalton and Brett Robinson, Chris Pettit (Sarah) and Zach Pettit; Great grandchildren-Abby Kayte Elliott, Abigail and Silas Courington, Amelia and Caroline Barton, Audie and Teddy Pounders, Esmer and Jah McGehee, Shawn Pettit, Daniel Pettit, Landon, Mason and Camdon Slezak.
