Mrs. Edith Bratcher Roberts age 88 of McMinnville, TN, died Thursday, November 04, 2021, at her residence. She was born December 29, 1932, in Smithville, TN, was a homemaker, former employee of Colonial Shirt Factory, and a member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by parents Euyl and Lela Lawson Bratcher, husband Willus Cantrell Roberts, and brothers Comer Bratcher and Danny Bratcher.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Melba and Glenn Gentry, son and daughter-in-law David and JoAnn Roberts, grandchildren Matthew Roberts and Megan (Kyle) Hewitt, great-grandchildren Gracen and Hunter Hewitt, sisters Earlene and R. L. Redmon and Frances and Kenneth Waggoner, and a brother Harold and Dorothy Bratcher.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 P.M. Sunday, November 07, 2021, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Tony Lawrence will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. The Roberts Family will receive friends Saturday from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and again Sunday from 11:30 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. in the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
