Elizabeth Kennedy West, of Cherokee, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019 at the age of 52. Her visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will be Thursday in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m with Bro. James Voyles officiating. Burial to follow in Barton Cemetery.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Russell Kennedy; brother, Bobby Kennedy; and her sister, Linda Kennedy.
She is survived by her loving husband, Chris West; children, Brandy Cauffman (Jim Strickland), Jennifer Norman (Donna), Richard West (Shelby), Brian West (Chasity), and Alicia West (Dustin Cummins); mother, Martha Kennedy; brothers, Michael Kennedy and Mark Kennedy; sisters, Vicki Goins (Russell) and Barbara Lamberts (Keith Waldrep); 4 grandchildren; mother-in-law, Clara West; and a host of nieces and nephews.
