Mrs. Elise Diffy age 76 of Empire, Al died Thursday June 22, 2107 at Brookwood Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Diffy, Parents Gurson and Helen Phillips, daughter Tammy Williams, Brothers Gurson Jr and Arnold Phillips. Survivors included her son Dennis Diffy daughters Judy (Robbie) Phillips, Tracy (Craig) Tolbert. Grandchildren Jennifer (Chris) Starnes, Daniel (Tasha) Williams, Tiffany (Justin) Ellis, Sean Tolbert, Austin Diffy, Brook Phillips. Great Grandchildren, Kortnie Williams, Kaydance Williams, Finnley Starnes, Sisters, Doris(Dallon) Fowler, Sue (Frank) Weathers, Jan (James) Reeves, Kathy( David) Graves, Linda Phillips.Brothers Phil (Vonda) Phillips, Terry (Shirley) Phillips, John (Ruth) Phillips several neices and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday June 25, 2017 at 2pm with Rev. Roger Snow officiating. Burial will be held at New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 6pm until 8pm.
