Elise Clark Roberts, 92, passed away on February 18, 2025 at her residence in Corinth. She was born in Sparta, TN on December 10, 1932 to the late Crowder and Dora May Bumbalough Clark. She was retired from McAlls in Dayton, Ohio but mostly was a housewife that loved taking care of her family. She was a longtime member of Foote St. Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Roberts; son, Billy Gene Sparks; sisters, Mary Kate, Wilma Jean, Ruby Denton and Joyce Clark; brothers, Willie J. Clark, Bobby Clark, Billy Gene Clark, and Thomas Clayton Clark; and an infant brother.
She is survived by her daughter, Sheryl D. Roberts; step-son, Ed Roberts (Lori); step-daughter, Patricia Bryant (Perry); grandchildren, Chris, Shandra, Jackie, Jamie, Josh, Kelly, Kenneth, and Katrina; and a sister, Mattie P. Poston.
