Effie M. Horton, 66, died March 19, 2018. Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Jackson Chapel CME Church in Courtland with Jackson Memory Funeral Home directing. She will be placed in the church one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Public viewing will be today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
