Eddie Ricketts, 60, Spruce Pine, passed away on Friday, August 02, 2013 at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 03, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Jack Henson, Bro. Charlie Britnell, and Bro. Gerald Ricketts officiating. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Howell Ricketts; children, Andrea Ricketts, Kenny Ricketts, Amanda Ricketts, Steve Pounders, Korey Pounders (wife, Erin), Kaysie Pounders (husband, Dustin), Andrea Scott (husband, Stevie); grandchildren, Brooke Pounders, Alayna Pounders, Cyndie Pounders, Ryan Scott, Summer Scott; special nephew, Brian Wilkinson (wife, Angi) and their baby, Amberlyn; brother, Kenneth “Sambo” Laws (wife, June); and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bufford & Francis Mary Ricketts; sister, Faye Wilkinson; uncle, Noah Ricketts; and son, John Mark Pounders.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
