Ed R. “Buddy” Harris Jr., 67, formerly of Decatur, died Nov. 30, 2015. Memorial service was held at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Atlanta. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed R. Harris Sr. and Dot Harris.
