Earnest “Earnie” Ray McMillen, 70, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at his home. He was born June 6, 1944 to the late Isom E. McMillen and the late Geneva Duncan McMillen. He retired from Mueller Copper Tubing after many years of service. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and in the past several years attended Fairview Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He always enjoyed attending church services.
Survivors include his Wife, Mary Jo McMillen of Fairview; Sons: Michael (Daisy) McMillen of Panama City Beach, FL, Keith McMillen of Nettleton, and Barry Cleveland of Fairview; Daughters: Christie Cleveland of Dorsey, and Kim (Jason) Gasaway of Fairview; Grandsons: Chris McMillen, Matt McMillen, Hayden Hughes, Chad Conway, Ryan Frazier, Jason Cleveland, and James Cleveland; Granddaughters: Hayley Conway and Chloe Pfeiffer, Great-grandsons: Brayden and Ryder Frazier; Brothers: Walter and Melvin McMillen both of Fulton, Doug McMillen, Johnny (Cecilia) McMillen both of Nettleton; Sisters: Minnie (Elton) Warren and Sarah Warren both of Fulton and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Brother, Robert “Bob” McMillen, Sisters: Mary Jane Buchanan, Clara McMillen, and Mattie McMillen.
Pallbearers will be Chris McMillen, Matt McMillen, Wallace Buchanan, Doug Buchanan, Hollis Buchanan, Craig McMillen, and Leon McMillen.
Honorary Pallbearers are Gene Buchanan, Ed Buchanan, Ronnie Warren, Donald Warren, Shane McMillen, Barry Green, and Wayne Thorn.
