Mr. Miller was a heavy equipment operator and a member of Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Mr. Miller departed this life on April 1, 2021 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 92 Years, 6 Months, 12 Days.

He is survived by sons, Burt Miller and wife, Kay of Bartlett, TN and Doyle Miller and wife, Kathryn of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Taylor Miller, Vince Rodgers, Stacy Lewis, Trevor Crowe and Christopher Crowe; great-grandchildren, Paxton Lewis, Tinley Lewis, Crews Lewis, Jamison Davis Miller, Delilah Miller, Kylee Crowe and Chloe Crowe and a sister, Mary Cathrine Miller of Tumball, TX.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Miller was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Cal Hampton officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family.
Visitation will be at Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, TN on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 11 am to service time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be given to the Green River Baptist Church Children’s Camp account at Wayne County Bank.
Due to Covid-19, practice physical distancing and wear face coverings to the graveside visitation and graveside service.
