Dylan Nakota Herring, 19, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023, in Pontotoc County, MS. Dylan was loved by everyone, funny, and so smart. He was a 2022 graduate of North Pontotoc High School where he ran cross country. He loved computers, was a 2023 graduate of Base Camp Coding Academy, and was employed by Chris Herring Heat and Air.
Dylan is survived by his father, Chris Herring; his mother, Michelle Herring; his sisters, MaKayla Herring, Lexi Herring, Jenna Herring, Abby Herring, and Sadie Long; and his brothers, Christian Herring and Jaxon Herring.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patty Garrison; his great-grandfather, Laton Tutor; and his great-grandmother, Louise Tutor.
Service will be Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 2PM at Friendship Baptist Church with Bro. Jason Davis officiating. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow Friendship Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Christian Herring, Jacob Ball, Simon Freiley, Jaxon Herring, Noah Payne, and Aaron Akers.
