Dwight D. Shipp, 74 of Corner, passed away Wednesday September 25, 2019.
Funeral services will be Sunday September 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Bro. Tommy Swann and Dr. Sammie Reid will officiate. Burial will follow in the Shipp-Ware section of the adjoining cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 1-2 pm at the church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell and Edna Mae Shipp.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Shirley Shipp; children, Patty Doyle (Danny), Tim Shipp and Cindy Swann (Tommy); nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three sisters and one brother.
