Long-time Baptist preacher Bro. Doug Jones died Saturday, April 14, 2025, at Gilmore Hospital in Amory. He was 90 years old. Bro. Doug was one of the founders of Victory Baptist Church in Pontotoc.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, April 16, 2025, at Victory Baptist Church in Pontotoc. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 4 PM to 7 PM and again on Tuesday from 10 AM to service time. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Holland Funeral Directors – Tupelo Chapel is honored to serve their friends.
