Dorothy Jean Jordan Maze. Age 84 of Arab Alabama, died Sunday – June 12, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Maze was born on May 3, 1932 in Clay County Alabama, to Herbert Jordan & Leona Adams Jordan. She worked in production at Blue Bell/Wrangler in Arab for many years. Her husband, Cyphis Loyd Maze preceded her in death on June 28, 1977.
She was a member at Rocky Mountain Primitive Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons: Junior Maze (Rhonda), Nathienal Maze (Cindy); four daughters: Bonnie Maze Gregory (Jerry), Patricia Faye Smith (Mike), Diann Miller (Greg), Tina Revelez (Tony); ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; three step grandchildren; two brothers: Jack Jordan (Ann), Earl Jordan (Faye); four sisters: Sara Voss, Jimmie Mize (Ken), Billie May (Tom), Joyce Romeo (Melvin). She was preceded in death by her parents: Herbert Jordan & Leona Adams Jordan; her husband: Cyphis Loyd Maze; a sister: Betty Rogers and one grandson.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday – June 15, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Junior Plunkett officiating. Burial will be in New Canaan Cemetery. Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Derrick Phillips, Blake Miller, Dustin Miller, Trent Revelez, Jordan Revelez and Daniel Maze.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. – Wednesday – June 15, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, prior to the service.
