Don Routh, 78, passed away Monday at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Missouri but lived the past 51 years in Huntsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bob and Ronald Routh and sister Carol Noel. Don is survived by his wife Marie, daughters Marcy McFarlin (Shane), Kathy Ciliax (Richard) and Linda Gant. Grandchildren Jason Bunn, Matthew Bunn, Coner McFarlin, Nick Gant, Rachel Ciliax and Robyn Ciliax. Brothers, Gerald Routh (Crystal), Gary Routh, Bradley Routh (Sandy), Philip Routh, Henry Cook (Carolyn, sister Neoma Hangsleben and step- mother Gladys Routh. Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, and an active member of Farley Community Church, always helping others. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Berryhill Funeral Home. Memorial service will be Thursday at 11:30am at the Farley Community Church with Reverend Mike Hulsey and Reverend David Blakeney officiating. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
