HUNTSVILLE-The Huntsville Police Department needs the help of the public. They are trying to identify a suspect in a burglary investigation:
“Huntsville Police Department Burglary Investigators need help identifying a burglary suspect. The same man is a suspect in at least two recent burglaries. The first burglary occurred in the early morning hours of May 1st when the suspect forced his way into a local pawn shop and attempted to steal firearms. He was not able to take any firearms, but did take other items. The
second burglary occurred on the morning of May 4th when the suspect forced his way into Huntsville Utilities and attempted to take money but was unsuccessful.
The suspect is a black male of medium build wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and what appear to be dark-colored pants. He was possibly driving a black Chevrolet sedan. If anyone has information about the burglaries or the identity of the suspect they are asked to contact the Huntsville Police Department at 256-722-7100.”
