Dillard Royce Hall, age 73 of Lester, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born June 22, 1946 to Dillard Hall and Vera Modene Gann Hall.
Funeral Services for Mr. Hall will be Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Salem United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Phil Springer and Pastor Ray Blankenship officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 1:50 prior to the service. Burial will be in Leggtown Cemetery.
Mr. Hall loved God and teaching God’s Word in classes. He loved his family and had a wonderful sense of humor. He always had a positive attitude no matter the circumstances.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carol Hall; son, Brian Hall and wife Christy; daughter-in-law, Michelle Hall; step-grandchildren, Dalton Wigginton, Jake Wigginton and Shyenne Wigginton; step great-grandchildren, Carter Ryan Wigginton and Korbin Wigginton; brother, Kenneth Hall and wife Marcia; sisters, Joann McChristian and Betty Smedjir.
Preceded in death by his parents; son, Stephen Ryan Hall; brother, Gary Hall; sister, Lou Owens; brother-in-law, Bob McChristian.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Salem United Methodist Church in memory of Royce Hall.
