Mr. Dewey Parr, age 90, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Sunday, November 29th, 2015, at Marion Regional Nursing Home.
Visitation, 5:00 – 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 1st, 2015, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel in Hamilton, Alabama. Funeral Service, 6:00 p.m., Tuesday December 1st, 2015, following visitation, at the funeral home chapel. Elvis Cochran officiating. Burial in Center Cemetery near Brilliant, Marion County, Alabama.
Mr. Parr was born March 23rd, 1925, in Brilliant, Alabama, to the late Festus Parr and Eveline Long Parr.
He is survived by his brother, Louis Parr; 1 sister, Eardeen Sartain; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Joyce Parr; his parents, Festus and Eveline Long Parr; his twin brother, Huey Parr; and 1 sister, Lorene Sartin.
