Dennis William “Bill” Smith, 66, died Thursday, May 1, 2014, at his home. He was born May 29, 1947, in Ohio to Edward J. and Hazel Adams Smith. He was a member of the Westside Baptist Church. He was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed carpentry work, reading, fishing, and working in the yard.
There will be no public services. McNeece – Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two sisters, Renee Clouse (David) of Mantachie, and
Yvonne Diermyer (Danny) of Geneva, OH.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Claudia Glescic-Smith, who died in 2012; one infant sister; and his parents.
