Delinda Gail Marshall Whitmire, 58, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on April 6, 2023.
Delinda was a member of Redeeming Grace Church and was active in children’s ministry. Delinda was the life of any party and enjoyed having “Happy Birthday Party Days”. She was the most generous and thoughtful person, especially when it came to her grandchildren, Delinda used any occasion for gift giving. Delinda loved to sing, visit the beach, and drink an ice-cold Coca-Cola. Most of all she made sure that everyone heard “Love You More”
Delinda is preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Gail Marshall and grandparents, Johnny and Sarah Ruth Abbott and Leroy Buster and Viola Marshall.
Left to cherish Delinda’s memory are her father, Billy Marshall; brother, Michael (Krissie) Marshall; daughters, Aneesa (Bill) Stallings and Maeghan (Stephen) Long; grandchildren, Zion Stallings, Ellie Mae Long, Oliver Stallings, and Gracie Abbott Long; nephews, Jacob (Jordyn), Joshua, and Jonah Marshall; lifelong friend, Patsy Reese; grandpuppies; and a host of friends and relatives.
Visitation will be Held Monday, April 10, 2023 from 10:00-11:00A.M. at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home in Dora, Alabama. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00AM. Delinda will be laid to rest at Shanghi Cemetery.
