Celebration of Life for Mrs. Debra Ann Payne Simpson will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church (2115 Winchester Road, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Dr. Oscar L. Montgomery officiating.
There will be no public viewing.
The Simpson family respectfully requests that guests wear Tuskegee University apparel in celebration of their loved one.
