Debbie Howell, age 50, of Ethridge, TN passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, CNA for Countryside Healthcare and of the Church of Christ Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Noble Austin and Linda Catherine Hutchison Bivens; and one brother, Mike Bivens.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 25, 2014, with Donnie Burdick officiating. Interment will follow at Fall River Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
