David Tucker Geise, Sr., 49 of Tuscumbia, died Friday, June 21, 2013. Visitation for Mr. Geise will be Sunday, June 23, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home in Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Monday, June 24, 2013 in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. with John Tanner officiating. Burial will follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Geise was a native and life long resident of Colbert County. He worked as a machinist at Kaiser Aluminum and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Tuscumbia. He was preceded in death by his father, James Alton Geise, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Traci Nichols Geise; mother, Norma Dean Tucker Geise; sons: David Tucker Geise, Jr.,wife, Erin and daughter, Kathryn and Austin Jeffreys, wife, Anna and daughter, Makenzie; daughters: Laura Katherine Robison and husband, Scott and Haley Jeffreys; brother, James Alton Geise, Jr. and wife, Donna; sister, Linda Geise Garrett; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Darryl Ardis, Darryl McGee, Greg Smith, David Reid, Tommy Nichols and Clay Howard.
Honorary pallbearer is Mike Clingan.
