David E. Dollins age 71 of Lester, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Dollins was born October 13, 1941 in Giles County, TN to Leon Dollins and Pinkie Townsend.
Services for Mr. Dollins are Monday, May 20, 2013 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 3:30 p.m. Visitation will be Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Blondie Dollins; mother, Pinkie Dollins; son, Marty Dollins; daughters, Melody Springer and husband Mike and Misty Birdsong and husband Jason; brother, Terry Dollins; grandchildren, Whitney Dollins, Haley Dollins, Zach Springer, Zane Springer, Wes Birdsong, Brook Birdsong and Justin Birdsong; great-grandchild, Alivia Fisher; and numerous other family and friends.
Pallbearers are Tonnice Wallace, Julian Hughes, Dewayne Blankenship, Ricky Harrison, Tommy Birdsong, Jeff Crawford, Ronnie Green and T.J. Wallace.
