Danny Ray Bright, 73 of Guntersville passed away Monday, December 9, 2024, at his residence. He was born October 14, 1951, the son of Marvin Bright and Mahala Mae Bolding Bright. He was retired from Wal-Mart, after working over 45 years. He married Sarah Brazelton on August 27, 1972.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years: Sarah Bright; son: Jordan Bright (Hollie); daughter: Malinda Rhine (Erik); grandchildren: Zack, Eli, Luke and Kaitlyn; sisters: Ruth Oden and Geraldean Byrd (Jim); brother: Lawayne Bright; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Marvin and Mae Bright; sisters: Dorothy Faye Brady and Mattie Mae Lambert.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Mike Shirley officiating. The burial will be in Boyles Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
