Funeral service for Danny Lee Barnett, 59, will be Friday, September 25, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Ricks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Cook Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Barnett died on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at his residence. He was born August 25, 1961, in Morgan County to Rufus Lee Barnett and Willie Ruth Holbert Barnett. Danny loved his family with everything he had. He was a rebel soul with a heart of gold. He was self employed as a Roofer, prior to his passing. Preceding him in death were his mother: Ruth Barnett, two brothers: Kenneth Jones and Wayne Jones and two sisters: Martha Jean Skidmore and Marie Butner.

Son – Joshua Barnett (Bryanna), New Hope, AL
Daughter – Tiffany Garman, Shelby , AL
Father – Rufus Lee Barnett, Falkville, AL
Sister – Jewel Stover (Thomas)
Three Grandchildren – Landin Barnett,
Brooklyn Steverson and
Macie Steverson
Several Nieces and Nephews
Pallbearers will be Noel Bailey, Caleb Steadham, Ron Stevenson, Mike Stacy, Mark Boudousquie and Bobby Adams.
In lieu of flowers: Danny would like for everyone to go out and buy themselves a steak dinner and spend time with their family.
