Dalton Harvey Henderson – Obituary

Dalton Harvey Henderson, 54, of Haleyville entered into rest Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Henderson was born November 27, 1957 in Haleyville. Dalton was a member of Living Water Assembly of God Church for 25 years. He graduated from Winston County High School in 1976 and worked for Fontaine Trailer Company, as a welder, for 20+ years. Dalton enjoyed hunting, NASCAR, and church.

Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2012 from 6-9pm at Living Water Assembly of God Church in Haleyville, were services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 11am. He will lie in state from 10-11am. Burial will follow in Henryfield Church Cemetery. Brother Thomas Gilbert and Brother Mickel Walker will officiate.

Dalton is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Lynn Henderson; daughters, Jennifer (Jeremy) Cagle, Laura (Wesley) Reid, Lana Henderson, Leah Henderson; grandchildren, Destinee Reid, McKenzee Reid, Logan Cagle; parents, Dolphus “Doc” (Leney Mae) Henderson; brother, Melvin (Faye) Henderson; and sisters, Linda Gail (Jerry) Cagle, Diane (Bobby) Wilbanks.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Harvey Henderson.
