Funeral services for Mr. Dale Rowland, age 68, are scheduled for 11 AM, Sunday, August 22, 2021 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Ridley’s Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Rowland passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, in Jackson. He was born October 22, 1952 in Crockett County to the late Alfas and Jenette Austin Rowland. He was an evangelist and retired from MagneTek. Mr. Rowland was preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Rowland; four brothers, Lonnie, Vonnie, Donald, and Terry Rowland; and one sister, Susie Rowland Rogers. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Featherston Rowland; two sons, Anthony Rowland (Christy) and Matthew Riggins (Lauren); three daughters, Karen Wells (Jeff), Rachel Mooney (Dustin), and Eryn Montgomery (Dylan); five sisters, Marie Douglas (Steve), Judy Hill (Claude), Dianne Wilson (William), Tammy Cupples (Randy), and Jodie Turner (John); and eleven grandchildren, Felicia, Matthew, Colton, Grace, Noah, Hope, Lonnie, Josiah, Avelyn, Selah, and Kasey. The family will receive friends on Saturday 3-8 PM and on Sunday, 9-11 AM and requests all visitors wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.
