Cory Lynn Stevenson, 34, of Florence, passed away, Saturday, August 30, 2025. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until Noon at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights . The funeral service will follow with Jeff Tingle officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah Cemetery.
He had a talent for singing and playing the guitar. Cory was preceded in death by his mother, Susie Stevenson; father, Terry Lynn Clemons; son, Archie Stevenson; and Papa Buddy.
Cory is survived by his grandparents, Margie and Johnny Pigg and Mary Sue Edwards; girlfriend, Autumn West; child, Liam West; brothers, Skylar Murphy, Terry Lynn Clemons, and Brandon Stevenson; sisters, Tierra Harris and Lacy Daughtery; numerous cousins; and several close friends.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Kelley, Lee Carmack, Kevin Scott, Jeremy Haithcoat, Levi Nicholls, and Rusty Mills. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cacey Crowell, Larry Clemons , and Joe Clemons.
