Corinne Carlene Schmidt, age 57, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026, at St. Thomas West in Nashville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock pm, Sunday, June 21st, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Pastor Rick Thompson and Mark Smith officiating.
Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham in Pleasant View with family serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday beginning at 12:00PM until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Mrs. Corinne was born on January 23, 1969, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Bobby & Geneva McCoy. She was employed at Premier Radiology located on White Bridge Road. She had a BIG heart and saw the good in everyone. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Amy Smith; and brother, Allen McCoy.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Schmidt; son, Derek (Presley) Schmidt; daughter, Lorissa (Tiffany Lee) Spata; brother, Phillip (Jackie) McCoy; grandchildren, Cameron, Kennedy, & Briison; aunts, Sherri (Raymond) Oakley and Wanda (Wayne) Williams; and her “grand-pup”, Jasper.
